OACF Donates Teaching Aids, Books, Others To Abia Schools

…Foundation fulfils pledge to two institutions in Amuda Isuochi,
The Oluebube A. Chukwu Foundation (OACF) has fulfilled its promise to support basic education in Abia State with the donation of teaching and learning materials to two schools in Amuda Isuochi, Umunneochi Local Government Area.

Speaking during the outreach today (November 14, 2025), the Founder of the Foundation, Dr. Oluebube Chukwu, said the gesture stemmed from his commitment to strengthening human capacity development in Umunneochi LGA and Abia State at large.
Represented by the Programme Manager, OACF, Mrs. Helen Mannic, Dr. Chukwu noted that the intervention aligns with the educational reforms of the Governor Alex Otti-led administration.

He urged the beneficiaries to put the donated items to good use and continue supporting the government’s transformation agenda geared toward building a more empowered society.
At Trinity Methodist Church Divine Intellectual Nursery/Primary School, with a population of 70 pupils and staff, the OACF team presented a cash donation for the procurement of graduation gowns, a flat-screen television, a playground swing, and 100 customized exercise books.

In her remarks, the Head Teacher, Ima Nkechinyere Christiana, expressed deep gratitude to the Foundation, describing the intervention as a major boost to the school’s operations.

A representative of the Proprietor, Mr. Michael Eze, also commended OACF for demonstrating genuine concern for the pupils and prayed for continued success for Dr. Chukwu.

A Pupil, Udeka Ogechi echoed same appreciation, thanking the Foundation for supporting their learning environment.

At Grace Methodist Model Nursery/Primary School, Amuda Isuochi, where 193 pupils and staff received the delegation with excitement, the Foundation donated 100 customized exercise books, a complete desktop computer set, and a playground swing. Basic Six pupil Adinchi Success thanked OACF for remembering the school, noting that the items would greatly enhance their learning experience. A teacher, Happiness Eke, described the gesture as timely and impactful, while the Headmistress, Ekeoma Adanna, and the Proprietor, Very Rev. Christian Ekeoma Udeagha, appreciated the Foundation for fulfilling its promise and supporting grassroots education.

They prayed for continued blessings upon Dr. Chukwu and his team while assuring that the materials would be put to effective use.

Dr. Oluebube Chukwu had earlier pledged on July 26 and August 1, 2025, to support both schools with essential learning materials and facilities—promises which have now been fully delivered. The items donated across the two institutions include: cash support for graduation gowns, flat-screen televisions, sets of playing swings, a desktop computer system, and a total of 200 customized exercise books.

The event further underscored the Oluebube A. Chukwu Foundation’s unwavering commitment to educational development, community upliftment, and the empowerment of young learners in Umunneochi LGA and beyond.
