In a bold move to deepen grassroots impact and improve service delivery, the Oluebube A. Chukwu Foundation (OACF) convened its Local Government Area (LGA) managers for a high-impact review meeting and capacity building training.
The one-day session, held on March 18, 2026, at the AOC Centre, Umuahia, brought together managers from Ohafia, Bende, Isikwuato, Arochukwu, and Umunneochi, creating a platform for honest reflection, strategic learning, and renewed commitment to community transformation.
